Seeds of Silence is a magical place in the Algarve where you can enjoy peace, silence, nature and inspiring yoga and breathwork sessions. Our guesthouse can accommodate 12 people. We have 6 luxurious double rooms overlooking the garden with azure salt pool. You can join one of our many retreats, or choose the hotel formula with room and breakfast/brunch.

Your hostess in an oasis of calm
Cindy, the inspirer of Seeds of Silence, has long traveled the world. It was her way of escaping the hustle and bustle of life and finding herself again. During her travels, Cindy has experienced the healing impact of a quiet, warm, friendly and spacious environment on her well-being and health. She now wants to share this experience with you. Cindy spent years searching for the appropriate location for a safe haven. Eventually she landed in the Algarve, the beautiful sunny region in Portugal. A place that welcomes you with its warm climate, beautiful nature and relaxed lifestyle.
